It is strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
PRODUCT
Each design will have a slight variation due to the custom handmade work and love that goes into every order. For products that require special instructions or care instructions, they will be included on the product page and within these policies. You agree to abide by those care instructions when placing the order. Please do not scrub, soak, expose to high heat, microwave, or dish wash any drinkware from our shop. To clean drinkware, light handwashing is recommended. For apparel, do not bleach, use fabric softener, iron, or dry-clean. To wash apparel, turn inside out, machine wash cold, and tumble dry on low. Items damaged by customer are not subject to a refund.
PAYMENT
Boho Babe Creations accepts Venmo @bohobabec, or Zelle @vickysf12. Payment is due upon confirmation of order.
LEAD TIME
Typically, orders are fulfilled and sent out within 2-7 business days.
SHIPPING
Shipping is offered through United States Postal Service and can take between 2-7 days after production to be received. Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order. Please refer to the product description for pricing per item. At this time, we can only offer shipping within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, items cannot be refunded or exchanged for custom orders. If you are not happy with your order please email vickysf12@yahoo.com or reach out to us on social media. Refunds, returns, or replacements are up to the discretion of Boho Babe Creations. Any item that needs to be shipped back to Boho Babe Creations is at the expense of the customer. All changes on orders must be made within 24 hours if the item was not started. For custom orders that are approved by the customer, changes cannot be made. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, USPS deliveries are taking a bit longer than usual. We are so sorry for all delays and are doing our best to get everything shipped in a timely manner.
Boho Babe Creations is not responsible for loss or damage to packages in transit. To file a damage claim, you must go through UPS or USPS. You may need to retain the package until the claim is approved. A separate order will need to be placed to replace damaged goods. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns. If your shipment comes back to us for any reason, we can ship out again for an additional shipping fee. To avoid returned shipments, please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout or get in touch with us before your order ships. Once the shipment goes out the door, we are not able to adjust shipments or delivery addresses.
